RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We, at Go Skin +ve have formulated our products after 5 years of research, clinical testing, safety trials and LIVE feedback from the founder dermatologist Dr Amee Daxini’s clinic patients. We believe our high- performance products provide maximum efficacy. We truly believe you will love our products.
We do not accept any returns and refunds. If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with our product, reach out to us at customercare@goskinpositive.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Replacements are offered only under the following circumstances
- If you receive a damaged product
- If you receive a wrong product
- If you receive an expired product
In case of any of the above circumstances, raise a request at
customercare@goskinpositive.com within 2 days of receipt of the product. Please share pictures of the wrong/damaged/expired product received.
For a replacement, you need to choose a product of equivalent or more value. In case the value of replacement product is more, you need to pay the differential for the order to be processed.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a replacement within 48 hours.
